Pete Lightfoot

With a career spanning over 25 years, Pete is a highly experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and a Diploma in Surveying. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the Pyramus & Thisbe Society.

Since joining Hills in 2006, Pete has steadily progressed through senior leadership roles, becoming a director in 2022.  Based in the Milton Keynes office, he also oversees the Croydon office and brings extensive experience across a range of sectors including retail, education, healthcare, office conversions and refurbishments, and private housing. His expertise includes Project Management, Employer’s Agent services, Monitoring Surveying, and Party Wall matters, supporting clients across retail, commercial, industrial, residential, and healthcare sectors.

In his spare time Pete likes to read, walk, go bike riding and visit the theatre and cinema.
