Our approach
Construction of an 1800 seat grandstand with changing rooms, fitness suite, media suite, offices and IT suite which is used in conjunction with a neighbouring school and the local community. The project was part funded by Torbay Council and the Football Stadium Improvement Fund. Hills were project manager and quantity surveyor. Our role included assisting the successful grant application for the FSIF and liaising with the school to ensure their requirements were met.
