Our approach
Construction of a new water sports centre with restaurant, café and associated external works.
The water sports centre comprises a changing area, two retail units, multi-use area and externally accessed changing areas with both internal and external showers. The restaurant and cafe, run by renowned chef Michael Caines, includes a roof terrace and glacerie.
The external areas comprise car parking spaces with electric charging points, a new sub-station, access road and pedestrian paving; a water sports storage unit and three double retail pods.
