Our approach
Construction of a new hub for to amalgamate three GP practices. The project comprised of a two-storey steel framed building including associated external works comprising attenuation pond, parking areas and soft landscaping. Designed with sustainability and energy efficiency in mind. Procurement was by a two-stage tender process. The contract used was the JCT Design and Build contract, 2016 edition.
