Our approach
Development of:
- Multi-Use Venue incorporating a commercial kitchen, rooftop restaurant, beach café, ice cream parlour, 3nr retail units, hotel accommodation, entertainment spaces, changing rooms, and public WC’s.
- Eight apartments comprising 5 x 3-bed units and 3 x 4-bed units with additional balcony space.
Our Penzance office (Edwin Bryant Associates) provided Project Management, Quantity Surveying and CDM Advisor services.
