Our approach
For Cardiff University Hospital of Wales we were Quantity Surveyors for the construction of the Cancer & Genetics building. The stunning brise soleil louvres above the windows represent DNA strands and were ‘proofed’ as accurate by one of the professors. The building contains high specification laboratory space for the School of Medicine’s cutting edge research. The two floors are raised on columns above an existing car parking area.
