Our approach
Construction of a new science block in two stages. Hills provided project management, quantity surveying and CDM co-ordinator services.
Hills have a long established relationship with Kingbridge Academy having steered them through the £5.5m consolidation of the school onto one site which involved providing 4000m2 of accommodation. Following that there was the construction of a new £1.6m English Block and a £2.2m new Sixth Form Block.
